Which is an example of an "i message"

I feel frustrated when you turn around when I'm talking because I feel like you're not listening to me. Will you please make an effort to face me while we're talking?

I know you are working late, but we should both take out the trash. Can you start taking out the trash at least twice a week?

I see that you have made improvements, but i am not completely convinced you can handle this responsibility. Can you give me more time to observe your progress?

I believe you when you say you lost track of time, but you're still making me worry. Can you try to come home on time?

A - I feel frustrated....I feel like...

'I' messages or statements are to be used to share the speaker's feelings. The other person cannot arugue with 'I feel..' because that is the way the speaker is feeling. The other options do not specifically related back to the speakers feeling.
