This question refers to the traditions that each Spanish-speaking country has on New Year's dates:

Answer:

México = Eating 12 grapes.

Uruguay = Pouring water.

Dominican Republic = Wearing old and new clothes.

Colombia = Family dinner.

Each of these traditions have the objective of marking a change in the new cycle begun in each year and are done between 31st of December and January the 1st.
