I submitted: Nous petit déjeunons à l'école à huit heures trente.

my teacher said: For "Nous" you'll need a reflexive verb there as well.

how would i correct this?

I can't find out a reflexive verb ........

I would say "Nous prenons notre petit-déjeuner à l'école à huit heures trente."

Nous nous retrouvons à l'école à huit heures trente pour prendre le petit déjeuner.

we meet at school at 8:30 a.m. to have breakfast ......

So a reflexive verb is one where you have to put “se” at the beginning meaning it is something you do to yourself like “se laver” which means to wash yourself.
With nous you would say “nous nous lavons”, however I don’t believe dejeuner is a reflexive verb but if that is what the teacher said to do, I would assume she wants you to say
“ nous nous petit déjeunons...” but that is never said, your sentence sounds fine to me the way it is
