That bargains will be deemed as unconscionable

Unconscionable bargains will be punishable by laws because it's seen as something that is made as an effort misrepresent, to extort , or to trick other people into fraud.

When people are proven to be guilty for unconscionable bargains, it is really rare for courts to impose a jail time as punishments. Those people would most likely forced to renew the contract or have to financially compensate their victims plus additional fines to the court.
