A' = {3 , 5 , 9 , 13 , 14 , 19}

Explanation:

∵ U is the universal set

∵ U = (3 , 5 , 6 , 9 , 10 , 13 , 14 , 17 , 19}

∵ A = (6 , 10 , 17}

∵ A' means all elements in the universal set except the elements in A

∴ A' = ( 3 , 5 , 9 , 13 , 14 , 19}
