26.85

Explanation:

you use the formula for the circumference of the circle


\pi d or
2\pi r

and you get
5\pi

but since you have a semi circle you have to do
(\pid )/(2)

so you get
2.5\pi


2.5\pi = 7.85

so you do
7.85 + 7 + 7 + 5 and get 26.85
