Make sure you are dressed properly for the weather. always warm up your body before the work out. You do this to get your blood pumping throughout your body and carries enough oxygen to your tissues. Make sure that your exercise is not too strenuous, so work up to the task. Make smart choices on where to exercise at, so not in the 98 or 102 degree weather. X) . And always cool down, so end exercise slowly
