To find area of a circle, you use the formula of Area= π • radius².( We will use 3.14 for π) In this case, your radius is 3. Squaring 3 = 9 (squaring is the number times itself.) Now we have Area = 3.14 • 9. When you enter that in a calculator, you get 28.26.

The area of the circle is 28.26 ft²
