so first 2^2=4 which that would change our equation to 1÷(4/2)=4

now we will simplify the fraction so 4/2 is the same as 2

now our equation is 1 ÷ 2 + 2

now we will take 1 ÷ 2 and it equals to .5

so 2+.5 = 2.5

so your answer is 2.5
