The answer would be Graph B

Explanation:

On graphs A and C we can clearly see that as the x value increases, so does the y value. Therefore those two have a positive relationship.

Graph D does not seem to have any relationship.

Graph C clearly has the y values decreasing as the x increases. This makes it a negative relationship. Being as it is the only one that does from these choices, it is the clear answer.
