**There's technically 5 stages**

1. Latent conflict- The first stage in the five stages of conflict, people may be in conflict without being aware that they are in conflict.

2. Perceived conflict- When the people involved in a conflict become fully aware that there is a conflict.

3. Felt conflict- Stress and anxiety are felt by one or more of the participants due to the conflict.

4. Manifest conflict- This conflict can be observed. The Manifest Stage can take a number of shapes including: e-mails, phone calls, phone messages, face-to-face meetings, or any situation in which the conflict could be observed.

5. Aftermath- This stage takes place when there is some outcome of the conflict, such as a resolution to, or dissolution of, the problem.

I hope this helps

latent, which is the beginning of the conflict.

felt, which would be the emotional stage of the conflict.

& last but not least—
