This is the best answer because when the two greet each other, Lancelot takes her hands and holds them for a moment. They also seem genuinely happy to see each other as shown by the exclamation marks after each of their names. Also, there is nothing to suggest that Lancelot hates King Arthur. We also don't know if Guenevere enjoys house work. Obviously Guenevere is not in New York, since she says King Arthur is, and she is not with him.
