Answer:

Step 1: a = 1, b = -4

Step 2: x = 2, f(2) = -9

Step 4: (5,0) and (-1,0)

Step 6: f(0) = -5

On the graph the points plotted are (-1,0) , (0,-5) , (2,-9) , and (5,0)
