Explanation:

A full rotation is 360 degrees, meaning if I turned completely around so that I am facing the exact same place as where I started, I will have turned 360 degrees.

So, If I were to turn 180 degrees, I would have turned half the amount of 360 degrees, and I would be facing the opposite direction in relation to where I started.

360 degrees is represented by a circle with two intersecting lines in the middle, and it looks like the file I attached

180 degrees, being half of 360, is represented by half a circle.

The picture in your question is also half a circle, just without the outer lines.

That means the entire angle is 180.

Knowing this, we can subtract 70 from 180 to get the degree measure for x.

180 - 70 = 110
