Question: How was the constitution of Rome different than the constitution of the United States?
Answer: The legislative branches are different because in the United States we have a house of representatives and a senate(congress). In Roman republic there is a sentence and a assembly; our judicial branches are different because in the USA (United States of America) we have nine (9) justices that serve for life, unlike Roman Republic where there is 8 judges that serve for a term of 1 (one) year. Also; the legal codes are different. In a Roman Republic all laws are written in the 12 (twelve) tables, in USA (United States of America) we write our laws in a constitution. There is three differences of how was the constitution of Rome different than the constitution of the United States.
