Answer:

The rate of change of the equation is 6.

Explanation:

Given : Equation
2y-12x=36

To find : The rate of change ?

Solution :

In the equation
y=mx+c the rate of change is the slope of the equation i.e. m.

Write the equation in general form.

2y-12x=36

2y=12x+36

y=(12x+36)/(2)

y=6x+18

The value of m is 6.

The rate of change of the equation is 6.
