Calculation:

P = 4l

l = P/4

= 44/4

= 11 in

(c) Areas

(i) Circle

A = πr²

= 22/7 × 7²

= 22/7 × 49

= 22 × 7

= 154 cm²

(ii) Square

A = l²

= 11²

= 121 cm²

The circle encloses more area than the square.
