It would be 'exponential growth function'

Here is why:

10 x 1 = 10

10 x 10 = 100

100 x 10 = 1000

As you can see, the growth gets much bigger each time therefore it couldn't be a linear function. Also, as the values are getting larger, it would be a growth function.
