I feel like this could be an opinionated question when choosing A and C. But, I would say for test purposes, C. I would say it has changed and varied because of different presidents, such as now with Donald Trump and before with Obama.

I hope this helps you :)

Answer:

c. The number of immigrants entering the country has varied over time.

Step-by-step explanation:

Migration to the United States is the worldwide development of non-U.S. nationals so as to live for all time in the country. Lawful migration has been a noteworthy wellspring of populace development and social change all through a great part of the U.S. history.

Since the United States is a pioneer pilgrim society, all Americans, except for the little percent of Native Americans, can follow their parentage to workers from different countries around the globe.
