The correct answer is C.

If our equation is y=x+2, the fact that there is no number attached to x means that there is a slope of 1.
Since we are doubling the slope, we would multiply 1 by 2.
1*2=2.
Our equation is now y=2x+2.

I also says to divide the y intercept by 2. The y intercept is the +2 after the x, so divide 2 by 2.
2/2=1
Our equation is now y=2x+1
