Explanation:

There are 10+8+4+6 = 28 marbles

P(black) = black/total = 10/28 = 5/14

We put the marble back so there are still 28 marbles

P (white) = 4/28 = 1/7

P(black, white) = Probability (black)* P(white)

since the events are independent

=5/14 * 1/7

= 5/98
