If that's the case then set them equal to each other to solve for x then plug x back into the side for CD to get the value

6x-5 = 4x+1

2x = 6

x = 3

Plug into CD 4(3) +1

= 13

THIS IS ASSUMING TRIANGLE ABC = ADC
