D. water from earth is heated up (from the sun) which then turns it into a gas. It goes up into the sky where the are still floating. Clouds are the water droplets, possible ice, and dust. Then, when the cloud of water is moving, the dropplets collide with eachother making bigger dropplets which then turns into rain. the answer is d
