PEMDAS stands for:

P - Parentheses

E - Exponents

M - Multiplication

D - Division

A - Addition

S - Subtraction

Here is an easy equation to start off:

17 x 3 + 15 ÷ 3

= we first multiply 17 and 3 then the answer would be 51

51 + 15 ÷ 3

= then we divide 15 and 3 and the answer is 5

51 + 5

= last thing we add 51 and 5 then we get the answer of 56

so the final answer is 56!

17 x 3 + 15 ÷ 3

= 51 + 15 ÷ 3

= 51 + 5

=56!
