A rectangle is 1 cm more than twice its width. Find the dimensions of the rectangle if it’s area is 45 cm show all work

L=2W+1

A=L*W

A=(2W+1)*W=45

We have two mathematical solutions, but only one viable

2W^2+W=45

w=-5 not valid

w=4.5 cm valid solution

L=10cm
