For this case we have that an equation of a line of the slope-intersept form is given by:

y = mx + b

Where:

m: It is the slope of the line

b: It is the cut point of the line with the y axis.

They tell us that:

m = -4\\b = -1

So the equation is:

y = -4x-1

Answer:

y = -4x-1
y = -4x-1

y = mx +b where m is the slope and b is the y intercept

y = -4x -1
