If you were to match up the points (meaning going right until you reach the other point and up until you reach the point) you would get 4/6 which can be divided by 2/2 which gives you 2/3 (4/2=2 & 6/2=3) or option D

This process is know has rise/run

You can also tell its 2/3 because if you move 2 points to the left and 3 points up from point (-2,-4) you will reach a point where the line if on the axis and if you keep doing this process you will reach points (2,2) and if you keep doing this you can finish marking the chart (this is the best method)
