Answer:

The answer is (a) ⇒ tanx = sinx/cosx

Explanation:

∵ (sinx)(cosx)(tanx) = (sinx)(cosx)(sinx/cosx) = sin²x

∵ sin²x = 1-cos²x

L.H.S = R.H.S

∴ (sinx)(cosx)(tanx) = 1 - cos²x
