What motivates individuals to follow the crowd?

Leaders tend to be great communicators, creative, committed, passionate, and have good decision making skills. people also tend to follow the crowd because they think that what the crowd is doing is normal, so to blend in, they follow along. If you were to put yourself in someone else's shoes, you would be more aware of the problems of our own behavior towards everyone else. understanding behaviors helps awareness. it is good to follow what others are doing if its a positive outcome, and makes a change. its becomes bad to be a follower when you let someone else's decisions override your own.
