Answer:

The correct choice is f(x)= 2x²

Explanation:

In algebra, a quadratic function is a polynomial of degree 2 in which the highest-degree term is of the second degree. In other words it is a polynomial function with one or more variables which gives two answers in the end. The graph of a quadratic function is shown as a curve called a parabola. These parabolas may open upward or downward and vary in slopes but they all have the same basic "U" shape.

Hello!

The answer is:
f(x) = 2x^(2)

Why?

Quadratic function describes the graph of a parabola and they are formed by a quadratic term (
x^(2)) a linear term (
bx) and a constant number (c). Quadratic terms have an exponent of 2 and linear terms have an exponent of 1.

For this situation, we have only the quadratic term (
x^(2)) which is enough to know that there is a quadratic function.

Have a nice day!
