Answer:

No solution for this system of equations

Explanation:

∵ 6x - 3y = 5 ⇒ (1)

∵ y - 2x = 8 ⇒ y = 2x + 8 ⇒ (2)

Substitute (2) in (1)

∴ 6x - 3(2x + 8) = 5

∴ 6x - 6x - 24 = 5

∴ -24 = 5 ⇒ but they are not equal

∴ These two equation represent two parallel line

∴ There is no solution for them because parallel lines do not intersect
