Explanation:

First find 2 points on the graph: (0,3) and (1,0). Find the slope (-3x). Since we know when x is 0 y is 3 we can write our equation as y = -3x + 3. Since the shaded side is above the line and the line is solid we replace the = sign and place a greater or equal sign (>/=)
