There are options for this question. I managed to find them elsewhere.

They are: A. Choose a variety of fruits. B. Choose a variety of vegetables. C. Include nuts, seeds, and legumes. D. Increase intake of refined foods.

The correct answer is D. The American Dietetic Association does not recommend an increase of refined foods for vegetarians whereas they would recommend that they eat a variety of fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and legumes as they are all healthy and nutritious. Refined foods should only be eaten in moderation for example white sugar.
