This is for Pre-Calc, so please use Pre-Calc terms. You do not have to answer number 1. I have it done already. I need help ASAP to get this done. I am giving 50 points to the first person who answers the questions right.

1) Explain the major steps for doing a mathematical induction problem. Walk through one of the example problems from the lesson or e-textbook as if you are teaching it to me.
2) For a given sequence: a1 = 2 a7 = 128 Find a10 if it is an arithmetic sequence. Find a10 if it is a geometric sequence. (The 2 will be different)
3) Write the following two sequences using summation notation: 5 - 10 + 15 - 20 + 25 - ..... 40 5 - 10 + 15 - 20 + 25 - ..... (Hint: these are different)
4) Find an equation for the nth term in the following sequence: 2, 8, 32, 128, 512...
5) Describe when to use a series and when to use an equation. For example, when would you use: f(x) = 3x+5 and when would you use: Height = 2 + 3n (where n is 1, 2, 3...)
