Answer:

E. y-4=1 (x-3)

Explanation:

To find the slope we use

m = ( y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

= (4-1)/(3-0)

=3/3

=1

The y intercept is where x =0 so it is y =1

The point slope form of the equation

y-y1 = m(x-x1)

y-1 = 1(x-0)

y-1 =x

Or we can use the other point

y-4 = 1(x-3)
