Answer:

y=2

perimeter=28

Explanation:

a rhombus has all 4 sides equal

because of this, we can set 2y+3 equal to 9-y.

2y+3 = 9-y

+y +y

3y+3=9

-3 -3

3y=6

/2 /2

y=2

now we can plug y into the sides. we only need to do it once because all sides are equal.

2(2)+3

4+3

7

one side is 7. we must find all sides.

7+7+7+7 = 28

the perimeter is 28.
