Answer:

Least: 1/8

Greatest: 3/4

Explanation:

What you need to do is find the greatest common denominator (the number on the bottom part of the fraction), which in this case is 8. Then you convert those that do no have a denominator of 8 into a fraction with a denominator of 8 like so:

1/4 = 2/8

1/2 = 4/8

3/4 = 6/8

Then you just see what has the greatest, or the smallest numerator (the number on the top part of the fraction).

Answer:

1/8 & 3/4

Explanation:

There's really no explanation, you just need to go through each fraction and convert it to a decimal (this can be done with a calculator) and see which is closest to 0 and which is closest to 1.

1/4 = .25

5/8 = .625

3/8 = .375

1/2 = .5

1/8 = .125 SMALLEST

3/4 = .75 BIGGEST
