Explanation:

Angle 3 + Angle 5 = 180° (C-angles)

Therefore 7y + 15 + 110 - 2y = 180, 5y = 55, y = 11.

Angle 4 = Angle 5 (Z-angles)

Hence Angle 4 = 110 - 2y = 110 - 2(11) = 88°.
