Answer:

-23b + 4

Explanation:

Add the like terms. those would be: -2b - 5b -4b2 notice they all have a b in it. Its like having x amount of bananas and 4 apples, they arent the same, so you cant add those together. Use our handy dandy tiger algebra website and we get -23b. We still have the 4, so, -23b + 4. Thats your answer.
