11 = 11*1

8 = 2*4

They have no common factors, so the LCM (least common multiple) is

2*4*11 = 88

The multiples of 8 and 11 below 600 are multiples of 88

88*1 =88

88*2 =176

88*3 =264

88*4 =352

88*5 =440

88*6 =528

This is the last multiple because if we add 88 if would be over 600
