Self meditating to deal with stress

A. will make the stress go away
B. can help you figure out a way to deal with the stredd
C. is a good way to reduce the physical symptoms of stress
D. is not a good idea because the stress will still be there when the medication wears off​

I think the answer is C but I also feel it should be A...... but I think its C
