Just like with -AR verbs, take the stem of the verb (we will use "correr" and "escribir" as examples) by dropping the -ER or -IR ending (corr/escrib)
Then replace it with the correct ending according to the subject

Nosotros/Nosotras (-ER) -emos (-IR) -imos
Vosotros/Vosotras (-ER) -éis (-IR) -ís

*Note the nosotros form does not take the same ending for both -ER and -IR verbs.
