Can someone help think of a topic sentence for my To Kill A Mockingbird essay? My theme is prejudice and my lit device is characterization.

Well, possibly to help you find a quick topic, you should summarize a couple paragraphs(or chapters) in the book and find which suites the topic you wish to conceive. Then, you should write a rough draft for the essay. An example would be;

(Sentence chosen) This represents...(what it was stating). It was (information) (Information) (information).

It's quite simple. Just choose a quote or an impactful sentence from (I suggest the beginning of the book) the book. Then write a few facts following, then you're finished with your introduction. Following, you would write about another chapter/topic within the book regarding the grading rubric.

I hope this was helpful, good luck with your essay.
