Your answer would be B. 10x-4y=12.

The slope of the original line is:
5y+2x=15
5y=-2x+15
y=-2/5x+15. So slope is -2/5

Therefore, slope of perpendicular line is negative reciprocal which is 5/2.

So for B. 10x-4y=12
-4y=-10x+12
y=10/4x-3 or y=5/2x-3
So slope is 5/2
