Answering in the affirmative.

If I was asked the question "¿Se prohíbe usar los teléfonos celulares en el trabajo?" and wanted to answer that it is prohibited to use your cell phone at work, would it be correct to say "Sí, se prohíbe usar los teléfonos celulares en el trabajo" or should I say something else? The questions are formatted like this:
¿Hay que hablar en español en clase? (Answer in the affirmative.)
To which I think I would answer:
"Sí, hay que hablar en español en clase."
If anybody knows if this is correct, or if not, what needs to be done for it to be correct, I need to submit it soon and any answers are appreciated. Thank you!
