Are these given lines parallel?

If the answer is more flexible, I would say all the y's are parallel, and all the x's are parallel. But when you compare the y's and x's, they would become perpendicular.

If the coordinate just says y=-5, that means start at the origin (0,0) and move down five. Then graph the line...When the coordinate is y, the line is horizontal. And in the situation where it's x=-4, the same principle should be applied. The only difference is when you move to that coordinate, the line would be vertical instead of horizontal.
