Are there more negative whole numbers than positive ones?
What is the first element of natural numbers?
Do whole numbers have a first element, which?

2. an element (number) that satisfies the condition:
At its absolute value it is less than 7
B its opposite divided by 2 is 3
C is less than 2 and its absolute value is 9
D is between -1 and 3
E is negative and its absolute value is greater than 10
F is positive and its opposite is 5

Answer:

1.)-There are the same amount of negative whole numbers as there are positive. It is just on the other end of the number line.

-A natural number is obviously occurring in nature as well so it has to be common like something 1-100 or in the hundreds, not something in the hundred thousands or millions.

-No it just needs to be not a fraction or decimal.

2.)your answer would be E
