Answer:

=38.465 cm^2

Explanation:

This is 90 degrees of the 360 in a circle or 1/4 of a circle

The area of a circle is pi r^2

We have 1/4 of the circle, so we have 1/4 of the area

1/4 A = 1/4 pi r^2

= 1/4 pi (7^2)

= 1/4 pi *49

= 1/4 (3.14) *49

=38.465 cm^2
