The distance around the 3 sides of the rectangle are

15+12+15

42

Now we are going 1/2 way around the circle

That is 1/2 of the circumference

1/2 C = 1/2 pi *d

= 1/2 pi *12

= 6pi

Using 3.14 for pi

= 6 (3.14)

=18.84

Add these together

42+18.84

60.84 m
