3. a) Not function

b) domain is {-3 , -2 , -1 , 0 , 1 , 3}

c) The range is {-2 , -1 , 1 , 2 , 3 , 5}

Explanation:

1. Not a function because some x has more than one corresponding y

Note: If we draw vertical line and move it left and right over the curve it will cut the cure in more than one point that means one x has more than one y

2. Function because every x has one corresponding y

3. Not function because some x have more than one corresponding y like

(-3 , -2) (-3 , 2) and (3 , -1) (3 , 2)
